Money-back guarantee — if your claim doesn't pay off, we'll refund most of your fee!
Didn't get paid? We'll refund the majority of what you paid — no small print, no arguments. We keep a small admin fee, and the exact amounts are set out in our refund policy.
The tiers
The refund is worked out from the amount you paid for that specific unlock (a single full guide, or the bundle). We keep an admin fee to cover the cost of producing and supporting your guide.
- £100 or under — 50% of what you paid refunded
- £100.01–£300 — refunded minus a £50 admin fee
- £300.01–£500 — refunded minus a £200 admin fee
- Over £500 — refunded minus a £399 admin fee
How to claim a refund
Email refunds@mymoneybot.co.uk within 12 months of your purchase, telling us which reclaim you submitted and the outcome. We don't ask for proof beyond your confirmation, and we don't argue the toss.
What isn't covered
The £2.99 reveal isn't refundable, as it's delivered instantly. Refunds apply to full guide and bundle purchases where you submitted your claim and it didn't pay out.
